Certified operating network

SENUOR™ Certified Operating Partner

Independent Offices. One Protected Operating Standard.

A controlled framework for established real-estate offices that originate and support rental Cases through SENUOR infrastructure while remaining independent businesses with strictly limited operating permissions.

Availability status

The framework is adopted for controlled development. Market launch, certification offers and jurisdictional availability remain subject to contracting, regulatory, banking, insurance, data-protection and operating approvals.

The operating model

Local reach is connected to one governed rental lifecycle.

The partner contributes market access and field execution. SENUOR retains platform governance, certification, evidence integrity and permission control. Regulated authority remains with the institution that legally owns it.

01

Independent office

The partner keeps its legal identity, brokerage activity, customer relationships and ordinary brokerage economics. Certification does not turn the office into a SENUOR branch.

02

Controlled permissions

Named operators receive purpose-limited access for approved activities such as Case origination, contract registration, property inspection and evidence capture.

03

Complete protected loop

A Case receives certification only after the required lifecycle controls are complete. No office or operator can self-certify an incomplete Case.

Complete Protected Loop

Twelve connected stages from origination to closure.

Every stage remains attributable to the party, partner or external institution responsible for it. A missing mandatory stage blocks Case-level certification.

  1. 01

    Case origination

Open the controlled rental Case and establish the intended parties, property and purpose.

  2. 02

    Party and property verification

Collect required evidence and route verification to the authorised review or provider.

  3. 03

    Pre-lease inspection

Create a structured property-condition baseline before occupancy.

  4. 04

    Protected evidence

Capture attributable documents, photographs and observations without silent replacement.

  5. 05

    Lease registration

Connect the agreed Lease, parties, property, obligations and signature references.

  6. 06

    Deposit activation

Record activation with the approved external bank, escrow or regulated custody partner.

  7. 07

    Protection activation

Record externally issued insurance or protection references where an approved carrier arrangement exists.

  8. 08

    Lifecycle monitoring

Maintain controlled tasks, obligations, payment status, exceptions and evidence through the Lease.

  9. 09

    Claims workflow

Route notices and evidence while the carrier or authorised authority retains the claim decision.

  10. 10

    Exit inspection

Create the structured move-out record using the same controlled evidence standard.

  11. 11

    Comparison and settlement routing

Compare entry and exit evidence and route release or dispute approvals to the responsible authorities.

  12. 12

    Case closure

Close the lifecycle only when required controls, records and final sign-off references are complete.

Visible authority

Each participant acts within a defined boundary.

Trust depends on knowing who captured evidence, who validated it and who made the regulated or contractual decision.

ParticipantControlled responsibility
Certified Operating Partner

Origination, authorised field activity, contract registration, inspection support and attributable evidence capture.

SENUOR

Platform infrastructure, certification governance, operator permissions, workflow control, evidence integrity and auditability.

Licensed bank or custody partner

Holding deposit principal and returning authoritative custody, release or settlement status.

Licensed insurance carrier

Underwriting, policy issuance, insurance risk and final claims authority, subject to the approved arrangement.

Authorised specialist

Identity, signature, inspection, valuation or other professional outcomes within the specialist's legal scope.

Certification architecture

Certification is layered, attributable and revocable.

01

Partner certification

Annual approval of the independent office, its eligible branches, governance and operating readiness.

02

Named operator credentials

Individual permissions for trained personnel. Office certification never creates unrestricted shared access.

03

Case-level certificate

Issued only after required controls are evidenced. It is not an insurance policy, bank guarantee, government licence or outcome guarantee.

Fail-closed controls

Certification never transfers regulated authority to the partner.

Permissions can be suspended or revoked when evidence, conduct, training, security or lifecycle requirements are not met.

  • The partner cannot hold customer deposit principal through the SENUOR operating model.

  • The partner cannot issue a SENUOR Case certificate or validate its own incomplete work.

  • The partner cannot issue an insurance policy or make the final claim decision.

  • The partner cannot alter or silently replace protected evidence.

  • The partner cannot present itself as a SENUOR branch, bank, insurer or unrestricted agent.

  • An incomplete Complete Protected Loop receives no Case-level certificate.

Commercial framework

A certification relationship with defined Case-level scope.

The intended model combines an annual certification fee with approved lifecycle or infrastructure fees. The partner retains its ordinary brokerage economics. Pricing, eligible services, tax treatment and jurisdictional contracting remain controlled launch gates and are not publicly fixed by this page.
