Tenant
Provides verified information, signs the Lease, pays agreed obligations and records move-in and move-out condition.
SENUOR at a glance
SENUOR connects the tenant, landlord and authorised operating partners through one traceable rental record, from verification and signature to protection, property handover and final settlement.
It is a neutral operating and evidence layer. SENUOR does not replace the landlord, bank, insurer, payment institution, inspector or legal-signature provider; it keeps their responsibilities connected and auditable.
SENUORFrom Signature to Signature.Who participates
Each party sees the information and actions relevant to its role. Regulated decisions remain with the institution authorised to make them.

Verifies ownership or authority, signs the Lease, follows payment and protection status, and completes evidence-led settlement.
Supports controlled local operations under the adopted SENUOR standard without becoming the bank, insurer or legal authority.
Banks, insurers, payment providers, inspectors and signature providers issue the outcomes that belong to their authority.

Tenant
From signature to signature
Confirm the parties, property and source of material information.
Create one controlled Lease record with clear obligations and signatures.
Track externally held deposit principal and its settlement conditions.
Connect authorised rent and property protection when a carrier product is active.
Record comparable move-in and move-out property-condition evidence.
Preserve eligible verified rental history for future relationships.
Support future partner-funded landlord liquidity where legally activated.
Operate the local journey through an adopted, controlled service standard.
Rent protection
The proposed structure can support 6, 12, 18 or 24 months of rent protection when an authorised insurer has approved and activated the corresponding product.
Rent protection in these durations is not currently represented as available in Egypt. Availability requires a licensed carrier, approved policy wording, underwriting, local legal activation and an issued policy. SENUOR does not carry insurance risk or guarantee payment.
A full-year protection horizon, subject to underwriting and policy conditions.
Deposit principal remains separate from SENUOR and is intended to be held by an approved external financial institution. A controlled record can make custody, permitted return and final release transparent to every party.
SENUOR Inspect preserves a structured move-in baseline and compares it with the same sequence at move-out. This makes material change easier to understand before a deduction, repair valuation or claim is considered.
