Trust Center

Trust is not a badge. It is the ability to trace evidence, authority and change.

SENUOR is designed so a user or partner can distinguish what was submitted, what was verified, what an external institution confirmed and what still requires review.

Neutrality is enforced through architecture: separated money flows, contextual permissions, controlled evidence, explainable rules, human review and external authority that cannot be manufactured by an internal status change.

01

Evidence before assertion

Material claims, deductions and decisions are expected to point to attributable evidence. Controlled evidence keeps ownership, version, status and audit history instead of treating an uploaded file as the whole truth.

02

Money separation

Security-deposit principal, insurance premium, rent and SENUOR revenue are separate economic flows. SENUOR does not use its operating account as the destination for customer principal.

03

Explainable risk before machine learning

Deterministic eligibility gates, weighted scorecards, carrier rules and human review come before statistical or AI models. Any later model must remain governed, explainable and reviewable.

04

Contextual permissions

Role alone is not enough. Access is evaluated within organisation, Case, relationship, action and data category so sensitive tenant or partner information is not broadly exposed.

05

Append-only material history

Important status changes and operating actions are designed to leave an attributable audit trail rather than silently overwriting prior state.

06

External authority stays external

Bank confirmations, insurer decisions, payment events and expert assessments remain authoritative only when received from the institution or professional that owns them.

The platform is strongest when its boundaries are as clear as its capabilities.

That is how SENUOR can remain useful to tenants, landlords, banks, insurers and professional partners at the same time.
