About SENUOR

A French-developed rental infrastructure built to make trust operational.

SENUOR is a neutral residential rental trust, risk, protection, evidence and settlement platform developed under MAS-FRANCE SAS in France and designed for jurisdiction-specific deployment.

The project starts from a simple premise: a rental relationship should remain understandable and evidentially coherent from the first commitment to final closure.

01

What we are building

A web-first platform that connects the tenant, landlord, property, Lease, evidence, bank, insurer, payment rails and settlement workflow through one controlled lifecycle.

02

What we are not building

SENUOR is not a bank, insurer, property manager, listing marketplace or balance-sheet lender. Those boundaries are part of the product architecture, not a marketing disclaimer.

03

French corporate foundation

The SENUOR project is developed under MAS-FRANCE SAS in France. Its intellectual property is documented and protected in France within the applicable French legal framework.

04

One core platform, jurisdiction-specific configuration

The Global Gateway is designed so the same core platform can support different legal, banking, insurance, verification, payment and document configurations by country without creating separate products from scratch.

05

Designed for long-term infrastructure

The architecture begins with deterministic rules, controlled evidence, human review and provider adapters so the product can deepen over time without rebuilding the trust model around a single vendor or black-box AI.

From Signature to Signature.

The brand promise is also the product boundary: keep the material relationship connected from the beginning to the end.
